Between 11:13am and 12:42pm PT, apps created after October 1st had their backend and database paused because of a configuration change by our database and backend provider. Frontends stayed online throughout. Most apps recovered by 12:20pm and all by 1:00pm. No data was lost. We’re working with our provider to prevent this from happening again and to reduce our reliance on third-party infrastructure. We’re sorry for the disruption.
